One South has been appointed as the External Evaluator for the Rwanda Education Advancement Programme Phase II.
Girls in Nyaruguru, Rwanda face several barriers to accessing and learning in school. Health Poverty Action (HPA), the Adventist Relief and Development Agency (ADRA), Link Community Development (LCD) and Future First Global (FFG) have adopted a multi-sector, multi-partner approach to address these barriers and support the learning and transitions of marginalized girls across 28 schools in the district. The project is running from July 2017 - December 2019.
The three year evaluation will run from 2017-2020.
